The childhood meatloaf recipe suggested by Clémence, one of Ricardo’s daughters, is extremely simple and uses only seven ingredients, including veal, corn flakes cereal and ketchup. Mix everything together, shape the mixture into a loaf, sprinkle it with brown sugar and put it in the oven. Oh, so efficient—and delicious!
