It is super delicious and makes you eat more!! If you are bored of regular chutney , try this as it can be made within 10 mins. 1. In a kadai, add 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1/4 cup black urad dal (if you don't have use white ones). Roast well. Keep aside. 2. To the same oil, add shallots 5-6 and 1 medium sized onions and saute till translucent. Add 5-6 red chilli , a small size tamarind, curry leaves and salt 1/2 tsp. Saute well. 3. Add everything to a mixer jar and grind to chutney consistency. This can be tempered with oil, mustard, urad dal and curry leaves. Adjust chutney consistency with water.
