AMRAP Challenge💥 AMRAP stands for As Many Rounds As Possible So the goal is to complete as many rounds as possible within 20 minutes, making sure you’re performing the exercises in order. All you need is 1 set of dumbbells. Grab a pair that’s about 50% of your 12 rep max in each hand for shoulder presses. So if you normally perform 12 reps of shoulder presses with 20lbs in each hand then you would use 10lb dumbbells for this challenge.
