Richard Owen

Richard Owen (n. , Lancaster, Anglia, Regatul Unit al Marii Britanii și Irlandei – d. , Londra, Regatul Unit al Marii Britanii și Irlandei) a fost un biolog și paleontolog englez. Este cunoscut în special pentru inventarea termenului Dinozaur (Reptilă teribilă sau Reptilă ce îngrozește).
