Six weeks since i ordered and payed, now i'm blocked?
Six weeks since i ordered for a friend with fibromyalgia and payed, 216€. No info for weeks. Near impossible to contact, no reply on the website chat, e-mails bounce, until finally he answered my call, then some whatsapp messages with clearly false promises, a bogus shipment confirmation, and now i think i'm blocked. Maycon, if you read this, kindly refund me. I have been polite and very patient, but if needed i will travel to Portugal to confront you with this. Happy holidays.
