And looks like we've got one more potato to do. Fill our last spot. There we go. Guys this is such a fun little trick and don't worry. We're not going to waste these little stems that we cut out. I'm going to show you what to do with those after this. But look at that. Nice little almost looks like a flower huh? Pretty. Yeah. We're just going to put that into our muffin tin. So we've got our potatoes. Throw in a couple pads of butter. Tell you what we're going to put those in together because they want it to stay together. Twins. Actually you know what? That was a pretty big pad. Let's we'll just do one pad in each of these little clusters. There we go. That looks nice. Back here. Got one more in here. There we go. Now we're going to take our Spice World Garlic. Gosh it's so handy. When you don't have a clove of garlic you can just squeeze a little bit in. Oh that's perfect. If you don't like this much garlic I totally understand. Feel free to use less. But I am making these for my family and we don't like vampires here. So now we're just going to take some sea salt. Could you do this with any kind of potato? Yeah, absolutely. Do this with the russet and the white potato. You know, any anything that'll fit into your muffin tins. Just a little bit of ground pepper. This smells amazing right now. That's because we love garlic. Yes. It's my dream to go to that restaurant. The stinking rose. I don't know if anyone's heard of that. I don't know. We got some pepper and our last ingredients before this go into the oven is a little bit of onion powder. Oh Alright I like onion powder. New tip. Onion, garlic, butter, potatoes. Yum. Yum indeed. Those look so good. Y'all this is just such a simple fun way to do potatoes. It's absolutely delicious. So we are going to take our spuds. And we're going to throw these in the oven at 400 degrees. Uh play by herb is probably going to be about 4045 minutes. Yum. Alright. Got a few more potatoes left. So I've got one more great tip I want to show you. Danny's Seasoning. This is a low sodium seasoning. Uh it's fairly new. I've been seeing this guy all over the internet. So, I wanted to try out a seasoning and I am a big fan. So, this is just garlic, little dehydrated garlic and onion, some citrus spices, and yeah, some sea salt, a little bit of pepper. Alright, I think that's it. Make a nice crust. And now we want to take this is about a half a stick to a stick of melted butter. And we are just going to pour that on top of this. Just like this. Alright. Think that is plenty. Smells great. Give this a little mix. Yeah this is this is a one of my new favorite seasonings actually. Let's go. Let's go ahead and you want to get this to you know it's a a nice consistency. You want to be a little bit of a paste. Go ahead and work this in and I'll tell you what, it's we're we're about what I wanted to see but we do want to thicken it up just a little bit and so for that, Parmesan cheese. And we are just going to need season with your heart here. I don't have a I don't have a measurement to give you just until you feel like you've got a nice coating of cheese in here. It's like in the restaurant when they say tell me when to stop. Tell me when to stop. Alright. Sometimes I forget to tell them to stop. Alright. So let's get that nice and mixed up. Oh yeah. You can see how this is just starting to thicken up nice. That Parmesan cheese is absorbing absorbing that butter. Oh yeah. It's giving us a real nice coat in here. Wow. Yeah. Now, this is this is perfect. Guys, it smells and obviously you can't smell it but the aromas here are just divine. Yes, they are. I'll attest to that. Okay. You know, that is the hard part. So, now what we're going to do is we are just going to take our, I've got a couple white potatoes and we're just going to give em a little bit of a stir there. We're just going to place these right here on our baking sheets. We got a red potato. Right here. Just one more white potato. Alright and then like I said I told you we had a plan for those little stems from the first part of this video. I'm just going to Put these here. Yeah. They're obviously. Like little fries. They'll cook a little quicker but we'll we'll we'll take we'll get rid of them. We'll take them out when they're when they're ready. Tell you what. I'm just we'll just go ahead and frame our potatoes. Yep. I just have the potatoes put them face down. Uh and now what I'm going to do we add a a little bit of the butter left over. So we're just going to brush the outsides of these potatoes. Nice and crispy on the outside. Looks great. Don't forget our little our little stems here. Okay. Well, this comes together so quick and you know, the flavors are just out of this world. Uh I I love doing my potatoes like this. Okay. So that's it. These are going to join our other potatoes in the oven. And again we're going to give this about 4045 minutes at 400 degrees. Uh might check on these little appetizer strips before that. Yum. These are going in. Alright y'all. Our little potato clusters. Flowers. I don't know. I haven't I hadn't named them yet. If you have a good name for them let me know. But they are just about done. Just going to take some mild cheddar cheese. And we're just going to put a little bit of cheese into each cup here. Yeah. You can see they're already getting nice and crispy. So you know we're not going to put these back in for long. Just long enough for this to melt. You know another good way to do this is you can put these into the little sleeves. What are they called? The little muffin sleeves. Oh. The liners. The liners. That way you can actually kind of take take them out with all of this and tap. But I don't know. This is the way we always do it. Sounds like those other potatoes are ready. Grab Okay. So that's our cheese. Now we're just going to take some chives. Shy with love somewhere. There we go. Here we go. Here's some chives. Alright. Couple of chives here. There we go. The only thing that's missing is bacon but you know what? We're not going to put bacon on this today but feel free to put some bacon on there if you'd like to. I certainly wouldn't hold it against you. These are going back in the oven for another 10 minutes. Five, 10 minutes. Keep an eye on the cheese. Alright, y'all. Our little potato flours. Are ready to go. They do look pretty. Tell you what, let's go ahead and take, let's take this guy. Front and center. All you going to do is we're just going to pop him out over here to our plate. Oh, look at that. Oh, look at that. So delicious. That's beautiful. Pop out our little fry here. Garlic. Oh no garlic. Yum. Oh. About that. It's nice and crispy. Mm. This is delicious. Alright y'all. Part two. These potatoes are cooked perfectly. Don't get turned off by looks a little burnt. It's not burnt. It's just a seasoning. Obviously, there's a lot of butter. So, you're going to get a little bit of that color but what we are most concerned with is. Wow. Mmm right there. Ooh, look at that cooling right apart. Get these here on our plate. All that delicious seasoning. Uh the Parmesan cheese, the seasoning all crusted on to the top of our potato here. Ooh, that's my bite right there. I think I'm going to go with this one right here. I'm hoping it's cooled down the most because it's the thinnest. Alright y'all. I got little parmesan crusted potatoes seasoned to perfection. Wow. The other ones were good.
