Recipe:
For beans:
Make moth bean sprouts a day in advance. Pressure cook sprouted beans, by adding turmeric, salt until 3-4 whistles. Once the pressure is all gone strain the beans, keep the beans and water aside. 

For Vatan: 
Roast onion on stove flame as shown. Once the onion has cool down, cut and peel the burnt skin. Soak 2tsps poppy seeds. 
Heat a pan, add oil, 1/4cup coriander seeds, 2tsps cumin seeds, 1/4cup dry coconut powder, 3 cardamom pods, 2 star anise, 3 cloves, 4 bay leaves, 1/2inch cinnamon stick, 5 red chillies, 7 garlic cloves. 
Make a paste of onion, soaked poppy seeds and roasted spices. 

Re-heat the same pan, add oil, green chillies, onion and spice paste, 1tsp ginge garlic paste, 1/4tsp hing, 1/2tsp turmeric pow Sprouted Beans, Misal Pav Recipes, Misal Pav, Coconut Powder, Pav Recipe, Cardamom Pods, Roasted Onions, Dry Coconut, Cumin Seeds
