Methodology/ Design / Approach-Quantitative methodology was adopted and a questionnaire was self-administered online by (328) agricultural engineers working in private agricultural institutions in Jordan that are subject to the laws of the Jordanian Ministry of Agriculture. SPSS was employed in order to screen and analyze primary data. Findings-Study results indicated that acceptance of the main hypothesis that argued, "Smart Farming Agriculture has an effect on Control Pest and Disease Detection". Results indicated an R-value (0.963) and an overall variance of 92.7%. In addition to that, among the chosen sub-variables of study, results revealed that scalability and adaptability scored that highest influence on disease detection and control with (r = 0.961) and an overall variance of 92.4%. Study recommended the necessity of training and qualifying agricultural staff to use modern agricultural technology and artificial intelligence. Originality-The originality of the current study lies in its application within the Jordanian environment. In addition, there weren't direct studies that took into perspective the idea of smart farming through AI and its uses in pests and disease detection and control in crops. Implications-The implications of current study stems from its ability to present the AI potentials to enhance food production, increase the efficiency of agricultural materials that would be a source in guaranteeing food security, and create job opportunities for individuals in this sector.

Generation X (Gen X) has been identified as the age cohort that makes up most online shoppers in many developed countries. Even though Gen X makes up the largest segment of KSA's population as well as its Internet population, they are not the largest segment of online shoppers. The aims of this study are to investigate the online purchase behavior of Gen X in Saudi and identify the factors that drive the behavior. 200 respondents from Gen X participated in the survey. Findings from the study reveal that Gen X in Saudi buys mostly from online retailers operating via Facebook and Instagram. Of the four factors proposed in the model, only perceived trust and perceived reputation have a significant positive relationship with online purchase intention of Gen X shoppers. Implications of these findings are discussed for researchers and practitioners.

It reports new examination that distinguishes and explores the key issues that decidedly and adversely impact the decision of Jordanian customers to purchase from online retailers in Jordan. Although Jordan has one of the largest and fastest growth of ICT marketplaces in the Arab region, e-commerce business exercises are not advancing at a similar speed. While the general examination venture includes exploratory examination utilizing blended techniques, the focal point of this paper is on a quantitative investigation of reactions got from a review of Jordanian customers, with the plan of the poll instrument being founded on the discoveries of a subjective examination revealed in a past paper. The main findings of the current analysis include a list of key factors that affect Jordanian customers' purchase from Jordanian online retailers, and quantitative indications of the relative strengths of the various relationships.

In this context, convenience and safety, variety of retail stores, perceived value, tangible facilities, sensory stimulations, social recreation, employee behavior and repeat visit intention were the constructs identified after diligent literature review. This research is exploratory in nature focusing young Saudi customers.350 forms both online and hardcopy were distributed. Effectively, 220 observations were found normally distributed to be included in final analysis, after excluding unfilled forms, missing datapoints, and outliers. Likert scale was used to measure fifty items. Exploratory factor analysis performed for grouping of variables and data reduction. Reliability measures satisfactorily undertaken. Convergent validity and discriminant validity of the constructs was statistically established. Multiple regression applied to comprehend the impact analysis of extracted variables and test hypothesis thereof. Conclusively, perceived value (veracious), sensory stimulation (vibes)and employee behavior (savoir-faire) originated as positively significant impact factors,on repeat visit intention (convivial) of the young Saudi customers. The results were found to be in tandem with recent studies. Academicians can conduct cluster analysis for customer segmentation with bigger sample size across age, income, and regions. This study recommends mall managers to develop competitive differentiated marketing strategies to hold their customer's footfall for a longer duration. Limitations include difficulty communicating and accessing the respondents and self-financing.

The growth of social media commerce on the internet demonstrates the popularity of Livestream shopping. Although there has been a rise in interest in studying live streaming, a comprehensive model describing why consumers are willing to consistently employ this novel sales format has yet to be developed. Hence, the present study develops a model to determine the factors influencing consumers' live-stream shopping intention by employing the affordance lens and SO -R model. The online data was collected through the Wenjuanxing website from the users of live-streaming platforms such as Taobao.com, Mogujie.com, and JD.com. Results showed that (N = 434): trust can be enhanced through visibility, metavoicing, trading affordance, guidance shopping and interactivity that consequently affects consumer purchase intention. In addition, this study highlights the theoretical and managerial implications for social commerce.

Degradation of ecological conditions hurts human health. Carbon emission severely destroys greenhouse gases, CO 2 is generated from different sectors, but the major portion of CO 2 is generated from the transport sector. This environmental deterioration stimulates academicians and practitioners to study ecological consumption behaviour. Protecting the environment by reducing carbon emissions is a shared responsibility. In the current era, the world is shifting from conventional vehicles to electric vehicles or hybrid vehicles to control carbon emissions. This study examines the factors in predicting consumers' purchase intention toward hybrid cars through the SO -R model and theory of consumption values (functional and non-functional values). This will help academics and policymakers to expand the penetration of this new and favourable green technology in terms of protecting the environment. For our study, we collected data from the three big cities of Punjab, i.e., (Multan, Sahiwal, and Lahore). In this study, 500 questionnaires were distributed, from which 245 were returned. In the first step, we provide detailed information about demographic variables. The structural equation model (SEM) is used for evaluating the impact of identified constructs. The study results conclude that functional values (except conditional value) and non-functional values (except social value responsibility) positively influence the consumer's attitude toward the intention to adopt hybrid electric vehicles. The reasons behind the results and implications for the practitioners and policymakers are discussed. Furthermore, directions for future research have also been suggested.

It delivers credible and relevant product information to potential customers and thus can significantly impact the consumer choices. EWOM as a Social Mediated Monitoring (SMM) technique, when combined with web analytics and predictive modeling, will have potential to generate probabilistic information. EWOM is trying to upgrade its portfolio as an effective alternate to brand communication media in the Internet supported business environment. This study aims to explore the influence of electronic Word Of Mouth (eWOM) with the actual adoption of internet technologies in influencing customer demand in the enterprise supply chain management scenario as well as how it influences demand uncertainty that can cause bullwhip effect. The research methodology follows a qualitative method of eliciting literature evidences, correlations and manifestations through reviews, available surveys and brief on example case findings. We conclude that by integrating Business Intelligence and web analytics, organizations can derive better customer demand information and Key Performance Indicator along the Supply chain so that it can be used to mitigate the Bullwhip effect. But providing decision management capability under Multi-Enterprise Collaboration requires the integrated effort of end-to-end solutions to enable collaborative enterprise information sharing capability with visibility and quality customer demand information.
