Summer Fun Giveaway

It's been awhile since we have done a giveaway here on our PSA Essentials blog so today I thought we'd giveaway a Peel & Stick pack that's fun for summer.  Remember, you can use our Peel & Stick stamps as middles in your personalized stamp or you can use them alone on an acrylic block -- just like any other clear stamp for crafts.  What will you stamp with these adorable Hello Kitty designs?

We work with craft trade publications all the time and have developed some great releationships with editors. Last year, the editors of Canadian Scrapbooker requested that our PSA Stamp Camp designer Carly Robertson, create 3 holiday cards to be featured in their winter issue.  They turned out beautifully and have them here today to share!

Perhaps it's no secret that Carly has always been one of my favorite designers.  I love her clean and simple style, her card staging, and her product photography.  In these three cards, Carly is using Rudolph Peel & Stick stamps by PSA Essentials.  This Peel & Stick stamp set was a limited edition and is no longer available for purchase. Isn't this set just adorable? And Carly makes the most darling cards.  She uses Copic Markers to help color up her stamps, which makes all the difference in bringing to life our stamps.  They really have character!

What are you thankful for? Enter to win!

Of all the holidays, Thanksgiving is my favorite.  It's not about presents and it's not about candy.  It's about coming together and being thankful for all that we have.  2013 has been one of the hardest years I have ever experienced.  Transitions with work, raising a 4 year old girl who can be very emotional, chasing after a very active 18-month boy (who didn't sleep through the night until he was 14 months old!), paying attention to my husband, and trying to balance it all has been hard.

But I have it so good. I am so fortunate.  When I really step back and look at my life, if this is "hard" then what do people who really have it hard go through?  And that's when I feel truly grateful for my life.

I have very supportive parents, in-laws that I absolutely LOVE, and some true friends that have been loyal and uplifting whenever I feel down. I have a roof over my head and plenty of food in the fridge (though Connor seriously eats a lot...)   And we are all healthy.   For all these things, I am blessed.

Paper Crafts Winner

I love it all - GIVEAWAY!

Our design contributor Monika Wright turns out to be a very talented graphic artist whose style is so up my alley, I actually want to be her. I've been lusting after subway art for my home ever since I started reading The Girls at the 1825 blog and joined Pinterest. I love graphic nature of the signage and the sentiments conveyed in an artistic way. Monika offered to send me a print from her Etsy store - I love it all with Monika Wright. 

The poster reminds everyone in the family to keep promises, be honest, clean up, do your job, do your best, love eachother, share, and other great words of wisdom. It looks great in my kitchen and serves as a daily reminder to do all of these things.



Here are some of my other favorite things in Monika's store. One of my most favorites is the personalized stationery! Wouldn't it be great to pair with a PSA Essentials personalized stamp for a hostess, housewarming or birthday gift for the letter-writing or stationery enthusiast? I also love the "ABC letters" poster and think it would look great on a 20 x 30 canvas in a nursery!
