Ingredients and Method for Rava Dosa 
- 1 Cup Rava/ Semolina
- ⁠1 Cup Rice Flour 
- ⁠1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
- ⁠Salt
- ⁠2.5 Cups Water
- ⁠Mix and cover and let it rest for 10 minutes. 
- ⁠Then add, 2 Tbsp Chopped Carrot
- ⁠2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
- ⁠6-7 Curry Leaves Chopped
- ⁠Coriander Leaves
- ⁠2-3 Green Chilly
- ⁠1 Tsp Ginger Chopped 
- ⁠1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- ⁠1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- ⁠2.5 Cups Water 
- ⁠Mix well, Heat a pan, Grease with some oil. 
- ⁠Mix the batter well first as the mixture might settle on the bottom of the bowl
- ⁠pour the batter on the tawa like shown in the video. 
- ⁠serve with tomato karra chutney and enjoy! ❤️

Sudha - Suds cooks on Instagram: "Multigrain protein packed Pink Dosa - I should call this my “Half Cup Dosa” as I have used 1/2 cup each of navrangi dal, masoor dal, wheat, rice & beetroot :)

1/2 cup navrangi dal (or red lobhiya)
1/2 cup masoor dal
1/2 cup wheat
1/2 cup rice

Wash & soak dals, wheat & rice together for 6-8 hours or overnight

Blend soaked dal & grains with
1/2 cup beetroot diced,
1-2 red chilies,
1 teaspoon cumin (jeera)

Once blended, add salt & mix well adding a little water if needed for a smooth dosa batter consistency.

Add salt to taste & asafotida (hing). Mix well.

No fermentation needed.

Optionally add finely chopped onions and green chilies when making dosa.

Use oil or ghee while making dosa.

Cook on both sides until crisp.
