👉🏻 I add 1 tsp oil while kneading the dough . 
👉🏻 Kneading is very important so make sure you knead the dough for Atleast 4 minutes. 
👉🏻 Keep the dough covered for 10 mins before making chapatis 
👉🏻 Usually I fold the chapati 3 times and make a triangle before rolling it to a round shape. You will get 3 separate layers of chapati after cooking on tava.
👉🏻 Also don’t keep flipping chapati on tava more than 3 times… it will make them hard after 2 hours.
