@my_food4thought on Instagram: "Lamb leg & lamb shoulder Tricks for the perfect roast. ❇️ season well! Meat needs salt!! I used @eurospices paprika, Greek lamb seasoning, oregano, salt and pepper. ❇️ garlic and Rosemary go so swell with lamb. Make sure you pierce lamb and add garlic 🧄 and rosemary. ❇️ drizzle evo and add liquid. I usually add wine but today I made a lemon based one so added water and once cooked added the lemon juice for max flavour. ❇️ cook on 190-200 for first 20 mins and then reduce heat to slow cook. Don’t forget to turn and baste the meat with the amazing juices. This way all sides will brown and cook and will become juicy.
