I spread on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, and roast at 350F. I’ll add to steelhead trout for our #keto dinner. Save for future reference! My continuous glucose monitor and ketomojo have shown me I can eat certain starchy vegetables like squash or pumpkin (but not potatoes or sweet potatoes) and stay in ketosis.
