OK, now I have my doubts that this is the issue: to try to reproduce the issue, I made some diagrams so large that they take a minute to render on my browser, with hundreds of thousands of delegates, and nothing breaks. I did a quick calculation, and for the largest parliament in the world, the PRC, with almost 3000 members, we'd have on the order of 432k.

I've actually finally applied this change in the parliamentdiagram tool! It's not such a heavy volume that it probably makes much difference, so I don't feel as guilty as I might have. Thanks!

It is a declaration made in the first person, but it includes text in the
third person as well. The text would be consistent if it said "My data may
be" … "if I indicated" or if it said "You agree that you data may be" … "if
you indicated".
