Steps to reproduce:

Preconditions:
a. Be logged in on http://translatewiki.net.

Steps:

1. Go to https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=Special:Translate&group=ext-e3experiments&language=nl&tux=1&action=translate&filter=&tux=1

Observed:
I. 1 message is visible, with (unmentioned) status "translated"
II. The stats bar has a length of 100 and is "light blue".

2. Open the editor
3. Add the text "FUZZY" in front of the current translation
4. Save translation

Observed:
III: Stats bar length changes from 100 to 200.
IV: No change in color of the bar

Expected:
V: Stats bar length remains 100
VI: Change in color from light blue to yellow

5. Force reload the page.

Observed:
VII. 1 message is visible, with status "outdated"
VIII. The stats bar has a length of 100
IX: The stats bar is "yellow"

6. Open the editor
7. Click the botton "Confirm tranlation"

Observed:
X: Yellow stats bar remains with length of 100
XI: A light blue stats bar appears right above the yellow bar, with a length of 200

Expected:
XII: Stats bar length remains 100
XIII: Color of stats bar changes from yellow to light blue.

Still broken:

1. In proofreading mode, edit proofread message..
2. Translated count is increased, proofread count stays same (expected: decreases)

Based on my experiences today this does not seem to have fixed it.

I'm told it's better to file a new report for that, with steps to reproduce. We also had negative percentages in the past, but probably in another report: better not mix up.
