If bug #45551 is applied, users will have in the "translated" list messages that are not proofread, messages that are proofread by others (for which the users can vote), and messages by the same user that cannot be proofread by himself.

In this context it makes sense to add an "Unproofread" filter to show only the messages with translations not made by me that have not been proofread by others. That is, the messages I can be the first to proofread.
