Description

We recently realized that the user menu has a min-width of 200px, and the collapsed table of contents menu has no max-width. This has led us to wonder how we should handle min and max widths for menus in a general manner, rather than having to decide for each menu individually.

I'm closing this task and renaming T314487 to encompass all vector dropdown menus, since it seems we want a general solution for all menus.
