Parser and Lua functions do not track labels of quantity units

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. include a quantity with a unit in a page (eg. {{#property:P2046|from=Q213}})
  2. after saving the page, check the entity usage (eg. via action=info)

Expected:

  • Both the item's data and the unit's label are tracked

Actual:

  • The label usage is missing.
