To make things more understandable. We already to do that on Repo for Entity links in a format like "Label | Description".

I talked with Lydia and we said, it doesn't make sense to do that for Properties, since their descriptions are usually very Wikidata-specific, but could do that for Items.
There are two options for the items: Either put them in the html title or add them as text into the box of the statement underneath the value.
I'll just try both to see what looks better and what is less confusing and/or overwhelming for a reader.
