Gap has reported net sales of $3.28 billion in Q1 FY23, a-6 per cent YoY drop, affected by a 4-per cent decrease in store sales and a 9-per cent dip in online sales. Despite an operating loss of $10 million, the adjusted gross margin grew by 570 basis points to 37.2 per cent. Brands Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic, and Athleta all experienced declining sales.
