This study aims to determine customer service quality, perceived value, and switching barriers to customer retention among smartphone users in Yogyakarta. Customer retention is the frequency with which customers make purchases. The population in this study were Samsung smartphone users in Yogyakarta; the method of determining the sample was purposive sampling. The method used is a survey through a questionnaire instrument; the research sample is 85 respondents who are Samsung smartphone users in Yogyakarta. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The study results concluded that customer service quality had no effect on customer retention, while customer perceived value and switching barriers had a positive and significant effect on customer retention. The effect of customer service quality, customer perceived value, and switching barriers on customer retention is 71.2%. This study confirms that the customer retention variable is vital for companies to retain customers.

People who run self-dependent businesses will be affected by the decline in consumer purchasing power. In times of economic uncertainty like today, the key to success is managing finances optimally. Everyone should learn the science of financial planning to manage their income better. High income does not guarantee someone knows investment instruments. We provide financial education from an early age for Karang Taruna, Kembaran, Bantul, DIY. Participants are the Kembaran Karang Taruna, who already earn their own money. Based on observations, participants could not yet recognize investment instruments and manage personal finances. For this reason, the lesson method and discussions are carried out. This service results in participants gaining new insights and knowledge about financial and investment planning for the future.

This study aims to measure people's acceptance of GoPay e-wallet as a tool of payment in the cashless generation. To find out whether consumers are interested in using GoPay as a payment tool frequently, we using multiple linear regression analyses. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and experience on the intention to reuse GoPay with millennial generation samples in Yogyakarta. The results show that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and experience partially and simultaneously affect the intention reusing GoPay e-wallet.

Penelitian ini mencoba untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi kualitas, citra negara asal, dan kepercayaan terhadap minat beli kopi gelombang ketiga pada generasi milenial. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi empiris dengan menggunakan metode survei kuesioner. Kuesioner secara acak dikirim ke konsumen yang memiliki pengalaman pembelian kopi. Hipotesis diuji dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kualitas, citra negara asal, dan kepercayaan memiliki keterkaitan dengan minat beli produk kopi gelombang ketiga.
