We were only informed about flight data very late, causing us to pay additional 250 USD for United Flight to be able to have seats togheter for the two of us.

When everything is OK, no problem...but when it starts going wrong, it goes really wrong

It looked easy to book a flight. However, I tried to book a journey and it was impossible for several flights. The response time to provide an answer was too long to keep good prices. The team does not call but send emails which is very inconvenient. However, when calling the contact center, the people are really nice and provide good information. And as mentioned in the title, from the moment the booking can be easily done, then, this is really easy.
