The Simplicity Chaise Longueᵀᴹ was originally designed for a wellness spa in Cape Town, simplicity of form and detail is intended to help create a sense of stillness in our otherwise busy lives. The use of eco friendly indigenous game skins and Inguni hides, gives the upholstered pieces a luxurious African feel, and subtly references the classic 1920’s chaise by Le Corbusier.

I have finally got around to creating a new product with the unique Southern African plastic weaving technique that I developed with local weavers for the iconic Zulu Mama Cafe Chair. These simple three legged stools in various heights (450mm, 620mm, 820mm) rare made from powder-coated 60% recycled rust proof stainless steel, and hand woven UV stable recycled polypropylene plastic.
