I am a French photographer based in Paris, France. I started my series called Deep Black several years ago and I continue to create it. The images of the series depict the feelings or emotions that I feel in my life, my desires and my fears.

Even if our friendships, however deep and profound we may perceive them to be, however much care, love, and nurturing we may have poured into them along the way, may not be the same as they once were in their glory days, it does not necessarily mean that the times shared in the past were for naught.

Happy New Year! and no, you're eyes aren't deceiving you. That is indeed a 1 of 365. I'll give you a good guess as to what my new year's resolution is ;) I don't quite like the way this one turned out, but that's art for ya. Maybe I'll re-upload it later to satisfy my OCD, or maybe not because I'm unbelievably lazy. Either way, it's going to be a long year.... Btw, the title of the picture is "Inner Beauty."
