Later on, a patient was found in Indonesia, in Depok near Jakarta and rapidly spread throughout Jakarta. Preliminary action was taken by the governor of Jakarta, by implementing the Movement Control Order (MCO) in Jakarta starting in mid-March 2020 for students extended to the suspension of economic activities of almost all sectors in Indonesia. Subsequently, only fifteen sectors of business are allowed to operate which some of them is the banking and construction sectors. The Indonesian government continues to carry out recovery, including giving the first vaccine to the president in January 2021. Psychologists believe that human behavior can change through stimuli and responses based on theories developed by psychologists and behaviorists. The threat of the COVID-19 pandemic has led some countries to take drastic actions such as implementing movement control orders (MCO) to curb the spread of the pandemic and provide economic stimulus packages to restore the current economic situation. In the context of Malaysia, this study suggests that the actions taken by the government can create positive and negative responses through consumer learning theory. Organisations generally are still struggling with information security breaches despite various t... more Organisations generally are still struggling with information security breaches despite various technical protections to secure their valuable information which is especially stored in cloud applications. The fact that human behaviour is the weakest link of the security chain. Security compromise causes substantial financial and nonfinancial losses to the organisations which jeopardise organisations’ reputation. Technical protection alone is seemed insufficient to ensure information safety. Therefore, this research takes it from the socio-technical perspective to strengthen information security. Addressing these factors are significant to help successfully create a healthy security culture in the organisation. Nevertheless, human behaviour is subjective in nature. Their behaviour depends upon the way they think feel and act towards security issues which needs an in depth understanding towards their security behaviour. Hence, adapting the sequential exploratory mixed-method approach, through the theoretical lens of social cognitive theory and security measures from extended deterrence theory, this study examines the information security behaviour of employees at an IT department of a public university, as the case study. Partial least square was used to analyse data collected via survey. Study shows that personal values and behaviour, apart from the effective technical security measures, are important factors towards inculcating information security compliance behaviour. Abstrak Pada umumnya, organisasi masih bergelut dengan pelanggaran keselamatan maklumat walaupun terdapat pelbagai perlindungan teknikal untuk mendapatkan maklumat berharga mereka yang terutama disimpan dalam aplikasi awan. Ini disebabkan hakikat bahawa tingkah laku manusia adalah pautan paling lemah dalam rangkaian keselamatan. Kompromi keselamatan menyebabkan kerugian kewangan dan bukan kewangan yang besar kepada organisasi yang menjejaskan reputasi organisasi. Perlindungan teknikal sahaja tidak mencukupi untuk memastikan keselamatan maklumat. Oleh itu, kajian ini mengambilnya dari perspektif sosio-teknikal untuk mengukuhkan keselamatan maklumat. ini meneliti tingkah laku keselamatan maklumat pekerja di jabatan IT universiti awam dalam bentuk kajian kes. Model “Partial Least Square” digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan melalui tinjauan kajiselidik. Kajian menunjukkan nilai-nilai peribadi dan tingkahlaku, selain daripada pelan tindakan keselamatan teknikal yang dijalankan Menangani faktor-faktor ini penting untuk membantu mewujudkan budaya keselamatan yang sihat dalam organisasi. Walau bagaimanapun, tingkah laku manusia bersifat subjektif. Tingkah laku mereka bergantung kepada cara mereka berfikir dan bertindak terhadap isu keselamatan yang memerlukan pemahaman mendalam terhadap tingkah laku keselamatan mereka. Oleh itu, menyesuaikan pendekatan kaedah campuran bercampur-gugur, melalui teori teori kognitif sosial dan langkah-langkah keselamatan dari teori pencegahan yang diperpanjang, kajian secara efektif, adalah faktor penting untuk menanamkan tingkah laku pematuhan keselamatan maklumat. However, the implementation of gold Dinar seems impossible because of IMF prohibition (Second Amendment to the Articles of Agreement in April 1978 which eliminate the use of gold as the common denominator of the post-World War II exchange rate system and as the basis of the value of the Special Drawing Right) and it is expected that the mechanism would eliminate the power of central banks to use monetary policy in maintaining price stability. This article analyzes some of the Terengganu Shariah High Court decisions concerning illegitimate child. The decisions are studied from the point of whether it is contrary to the fatwa of State Fatwa Committee or not. This article uses qualitative methods through interview with former Syarie Chief Judge of Terengganu and document analysis of the results of the Terengganu Syariah High Court, fatwas and also books related to illegitimate child. The study found that the gazetted fatwa prohibiting illegitimate child to use name of his/her biological father is too general. The objective of this reasearch is the identify the potential of Sukuk as an instrument of investment of waqf assets. This research has been conducted by using qualitative methods which the informations were extracted from the primary and secondary data. This research has identified that there are lot of underutilized waqf land and assets and the number is increasing day by day. Therefore, the specific initiative must be conducted in order to utilized these waqf assets and gain a sufficient returns from the waqf assets utilization to boost and strengthen the economics nationwide. This article analyzes some of the Terengganu Shariah High Court decisions concerning illegitimate child. The decisions are studied from the point of whether it is contrary to the fatwa of State Fatwa Committee or not. This article uses qualitative methods through interview with former Syarie Chief Judge of Terengganu and document analysis of the results of the Terengganu Syariah High Court, fatwas and also books related to illegitimate child. The study found that the gazetted fatwa prohibiting illegitimate child to use name of his/her biological father is too general. Investment in unit trust is increasingly getting the attention of many Malaysian investors as the... more Investment in unit trust is increasingly getting the attention of many Malaysian investors as there are many unit trust funds were introduced in the Malaysian unit trust market. Nevertheless, studies in the unit trust investment from the investors’ perspectives need to be enriched to enable the industry to understand the needs of the investors. Therefore, this study provides exploratory findings on the investors’ behaviors from an online survey. Data were collected specifically for ASB unit trust investment, a unit trust offered specifically for the Malaysian Bumiputera. 200 respondents’ answers were used in this study and the results found that they invest because of investment vehicle purposes and risk averse factors. In addition, the study also attempt to see whether the demographic profiles have any significant differences for the reasons of investment. This study contributes to the knowledge by providing a profile of the ASB investors profiling and the idea on how the industry can strategies their marketing efforts in meeting the investors’ expectations.

The new Muslim converts have to go through three different phases in their experiences in embracing Islam. The three phases are pre conversion, conversion and post conversion. The main purpose of this paper is to seek the understanding of what the new Muslims have to go through in embracing Islam. Focus groups and surveys were conducted to reveal the phenomenon of the new Muslims encountered in embracing Islam. This paper contributes to knowledge in terms of providing a focus on the new Muslim converts’ development.

It is due to many factors include the types and business rules, the goods sold, business locations, the external structure (building) and interior decoration. The country's strong economic growth, political stability and the purchasing power of incomes and a growing population have greatly contributed to the development of retail business activities in our country. In addition to the local grocery store, there are also foreign retailers are keen to invest due to the factors described above, including retailers that create business concept hypermarket. This study views the important for waqf fund utilization in a high impact business which can steer and boost Ummah's economy. Many parties should get involves in this effort from the Islamic religious council as the authorize body for Waqf affairs in Malaysia.
