This cocktail recipe riffs on the Old-Fashioned. Whiskey and rum get peanut butter washed before combining with sherry and toasted oat syrup.

Ingredients 2oz O&E Rye & Spire4 Dashes Angostura BittersBarspoon Demerara Syrup Recipe Build in stir glass, stir with ice until diluted and pour into glass. Drop in a large ice rock. Garnish with orange twist for extra credit.
