This would be a class assignment where we were instructed to create a poster that deals with long lists. There's a lot of text on this one, and unfortunately they don't actually link to helpful typography pages (sorry!), but I liked how the colour scheme and whatnot worked out. Poster design. Is broken into two columns, which kind of works in a strange way, even though the matching colours in each don't horizontally line up. Has a limited colour palette and simple illustrations that work well, as there is a lot of information on the right. The text has a hiearchy that seems to work well, through size and colour of text, with emphasis on important things like the dates, where, what.

We are surrounded by items, buildings, and even software that was designed one way or another. It tends to stick out when something is so poorly considered that we have to stop and wonder “what were they thinking?” Fortunately, most of the things around us conform to our expectations.
