For the dough:

- 2 in a half pounds of semolina flour
- 2 in a half pounds of bread flour
- 1 cup of warm water with 4 ounces of beer yeast
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil

Dough becomes doughy
-Add a tablespoon of salt 
- Tablespoon of sugar
**Leave dough to rise for about an hour**

On a medium pot:
Add olive oil 
Cut up about 6/7 small onions moon shape
Add your onions to saute until translucent in the pot
Use 2 cans of crushed tomatoes add that to the pot
Season with salt oregano and we put a little sugar 🙃

When the dough rises on a deep dish pan
Add oil to the pan add your dough spread it 
Add cacio cavallo cheese,sardines, your sauce mixture
