Panda Chow Chow puppy.... That has got to be one of the cutest things I have EVER seen! There seem to be conflicting reports about this breed.....some of them say that China's new trend is dyeing pets. From all of the photos I have looked at, there is definitely way too much continuity of "design" if different people all over the country are dyeing them...... I highly doubt this trend is a franchise so to speak.
