Ingredients:

3 eggs (M)
1 cup sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
2.5 cups flour
1 cup milk
Just under 1 cup vegetable oil
2.5 heaping tablespoons cocoa powder
1 packet baking powder
100g milk/dark chocolate (I used chocolate chips in the batter and on top)

Instructions:

Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar on high speed with a mixer until they become white and creamy.
Add milk and vegetable oil, and mix well.
Gradually add baking powder, cocoa powder, and flour, and mix until well combined.
Finally, fold in the chocolate chips.
Divide the batter into large muffin liners. This recipe makes exactly 12 large muffins.

220g granulated sugar
250g all-purpose flour

75 g all-purpose flour

48g granulated sugar
