This Portland basement remodeling project features open space and period charm. The designer shares, “The homeowners wanted their basement to feel like a hidden gambling and drinking space during the era of prohibition. They wanted it to reflect the essence of the roaring 20s, drawing inspiration from some of the older buildings in downtown Portland.”
