I've been using Office Beacon (now Flowz) for a couple years now and they've been great. I started out with a part-time VA, but have now grown to 3 full-time. The onboarding and interviewing process was pretty clear and straightforward, the candidate pool was really good, and when I had to replace a VA, they had it done in less than 3 weeks. Highly recommend this company and have found the extra spend in going with an agency rather than direct has saved me a lot of time and heartache. Thanks, OB!
