Part 2- Our Favorite on the  2024 East Hampton  Historical House and Garden Tour, The Pink House at 84 Egypt Lane in East Hampton my video recap of the  Pink House On today's recap of the 2024 East Hampton Historical House & Garden Tour (emphasis on garden this year), we highlight our favorite.  This is a lovely pink-tinged home on Egypt Lane built in 1876 and known as the George Eldredge House. Not surprisingly, it was renovated by interior designer Steven Gambrel who gave this Colonial, farmhouse-style home a modern flow with a classic design that feels both American and European (I love the French feeling of the garden). Gambrel lightened and brigthened the interiors simultaneously with bleached wide plank floors, a lovely red oven and gorgeous kitchen, and while utilizing his impeccable way with color throughout.
