February Vacation with A&E

I have been wanting to find the time to share our fabulous vacation week with our two granddaughters, Abby and Lizzy.

We had such a great time and really enjoyed every moment with these two, ages 10 and 8.

As you can see on Sunday we visited an alpaca shop and the alpacas were a must to visit!
We also sampled Cabot cheese and chocolates all from Vermont.

On Monday we had a trip to Michael's to get all sorts of crafts for the week ahead, I didn't say no to anything, our cart was full. Wait to you see all our creations!!

We had some fun in the store as you can see!

Just some of our crafts and goodies!

Lizzy started this Easter scene and had a great time. She did it all herself and it wasn't that easy, especially when many of the plastic pieces popped out...but she keep at it.

Really cute, we used it as our centerpiece on the table while they were here.

Lizzy even used the extra pieces and make a picture  :  )

Next up we used tons of my button supply to make button flowers. I really liked this.....getting to use buttons what could be better.

Jars and bottles were used and colored wire from Michaels and another craft shop. Toadstools were also from "M" in the fairy department!

                                                          Few more different angles

                                                           This was Abby's flower bouquet

                                                           Mass production

Then we spent two days skiing, and got them both skiing and on the chair lift. WOW

                                                                        Memories

We did some sewing in Nannie's sewing room

                                                          Of course Alpaca fleece

                                                                    TA-DAAAA

Lizzy made Lemon Tarts, oh my were they good!

Abby made dinner, turkey in peppers, guacamole, beans and rice. And so well executed!

The happy Chefs.....note fancy drinks too!
                                                           We were Happy too!

There was some pillow making for dear old Ellie

                                                                           ELLIE
                                                             (dearly loved for 8 years)

Of course Jack had a good time too

We always go to the Children's museum and it's always interesting and fun

That just about sums up the week, minus a few activities like snowshoeing, movie watching and cuddles.

Thanks for visiting and reading through to this busy, active and memorable week. Love to see all of you here. THANK YOU

xoRobin and Jack (he made me include him)

Last week fun!

Visit to see little girls is always a fun week! No school on Tuesday, meant Monday drive to sleep over kids house and play all day Tuesday!

Monday night mom and dad could go on a date and Nannie could be with girls. We had chinese food and cosy TV time.
Up early the next day to a gorgeous sunny warm day, so we planned a picnic, hike and ice cream! Sounds great, right?!
Kids love to explore and eat, so it was a successful hike. We saw acorns, fairy homes, beaver tree damage, baby princess pine trees, and we had so many interesting nature chats.

Love to show you some photos of my little/BIG girls❤️
