Joleera is probably one of my favorite characters from the World of Warcraft TCG and I wanted to translate her into an NPC for World of Warcraft (I imagine she'd be a cool follower for the rogue order hall). I based my concept/design on the amazing illustration Glenn Rane created for the WoW TCG. I took a lot of creative liberties with the design because I wanted to add more of the blood elf bird motif to her armor.
