Here’s a fantastic seated cardio workout designed to help you get stronger and improve your cardio-respiratory levels.  Perform each of the 5 exercises for 50 seconds each, with a 10-second rest in between.  If you want to challenge yourself, try doing 2 circuits of all these exercises for a total of 10 minutes.  Exercise 1: Ladder Climbs  Sit tall, reach one hand up as if grabbing a rung, and then switch hands. Keep your core engaged and maintain a steady pace.  Exercise 2: Chest Presses  Hold your hands in front of your chest, push them forward as if pressing something away, and then bring them back. This works your chest and arms.
