Prevent parse failure on greater-than-nanoseconds precision. (The extra precision is discarded.)

Twenty-four hour clock object with nanosecond precision.

To install Time::Clock, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Time::Clock

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Time::Clock
