Who is Rschen7754?

I was a global sysop from October 2013 to February 2014, and a steward from February 2014 to March 2015.
- Although I am no longer a steward, I sometimes help in notifying affected users in the Admin activity review.
I retained the global rollback flag after resigning as a steward.

I am Rschen7754 on the Wikimedia-related Discord, and on Libera.
