add deleterevision?
Now that local sysops all have access to 'deleterevision' I think it may be a good thing to roll into the global sysop group. This would allow the transparency that RevDel offers (showing where and when a revisions was delete and allowing for partial deletion of just username or edit comment). Thoughts?
