Occupation: SEO Consultant

Primary interests: Search Engine Optimization, Web Development (and always learning), Science Fiction/Mystery (novels, movies), Philosophy (particularly moral and political), and Chess.

General Info:

• I hold a bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of Missouri (Mizzou)
• Got my first job out of school as a "Digital Marketing Specialist" where I got into SEO. Outside of work I spent the next two years teaching myself about technology, programming, etc
• Exited agency to get into tech, built out the SEO department at a startup and later moved into product management
• Started my own business as a challenge. After I left my startup job I was a freelance SEO consultant for about 8 months before committing to consulting full time
