I am a linguist and educator from Mexico, focused on digital education, open learning, and the integration of technology into teaching. I edit Wikipedia under the username txtdgtl, specializing in topics like ICT, education, and MOOCs. I co-instruct the Coursera MOOC Generative AI in the Classroom and serve as the Education representative on the Board of Wikimedia México. My research explores digital education, MOOCs, open educational resources, Wikipedia editing, and generative AI in learning, with an interest in how these tools shape education in a postdigital context. Also, I enjoy the company of my cats, who so often inspire my work.
