...added a touch of Glamour Dust for effect!

Cards Made at Dawn's Session

Here are my versions of the cards made at Dawn's craft session yesterday.....

1st was a simple card to make...but I am hooked on making tassels now..lol

2nd card....was a nightmare....loads and loads of cutting out...you can't see very clearly.....but it's a stepped card with an acetate tent effect.....the finished effect is better than I thought it would be!

3rd .....we had a choice of inserts here...Art deco or Christmas......and made into a tunnel card...I love this one!

4th .....a combi Art Deco/Xmas this time with handmade flowers......finished effect is better than the pic!

Gardener's birthday

The challenge for this was the 3 colours ....Steel Grey, Petrol Blue and Olivey Green......and is over on Sarah Hurley's new challenge blog.
......so I incorporated my drawing of Bobby the Gardener and coloured him to match up for the challenge with Copics....added some toning flowers for effect...and have just the person in mind to send this card to!

Made with things collected at a crop with forum friends on Saturday....stamped image from 1 friend,.... coloured it with copics. ....MS punched edging from another.....flower was 1st time practice...... green backing card was scrap from a template from another friend...and ribbon coloured with copics!

Had another lovely day in Sunderland .......great companions...fab food.......and four gorgeous cards made to bring home.

I particularly like the Art Deco one with the punched lace edging...and will deffo be making more of this style in future!

Also managed to buy a dragonfly punch too...so wonderful day all round ....roll on 31st July...and of course .....also 24th July for our next craft day at Marj's.....busy, busy, busy!

Neutral Baby Card

Made this for a card challenge...Buttons & Bows........image is on my Malarkies blog as 'Twin Teddies'.......altered the twins to make a single and changed the colours slightly to neutralise...is that a proper word?...think it is.
Anyway...used neutral colours throughout to suit either sex!
Decoupaged the teddy...I love him..he is so cute!
