Nestum Cookies
A fellow shopper at Phoon Huat told me told me about the Nestum Cookies she baked and even shared with me her recipe sometime back. I hadn't gone to baking a batch myself because I did not write down the recipe then. This is a wonderful recipe and a great make-ahead. You can prepare the dough in advance and keep it in the freezer. When you are ready or in need of a cookie fix, just take the dough out from the freezer, slice, bake, and ta-da...you're ready to serve hot-from-the-oven shortbread cookies!
