While the opportunity is huge, women entrepreneurship in India takes variety of forms. So it is critical to identify demographic profile of various segments of women entrepreneurs and how they differ in motivation, advocacy and constraints. This study is conducted with the help of snowball sampling of 106 unorganised women entrepreneurs of Lucknow district. It is a qualitative study which makes an attempt to analyse the reasons behind women participation as entrepreneurs and the challenges faced by them.

Retailing in India is business activity which evolves from ancient and medieval period. It has faced many developments and changes in multiple folds in the last three decades. This COVID19 has brought so many changes around the world in all aspects. It has marked an imprint on retail sector also. It has given so many challenges to the modern retailers and provided a lot of opportunities to both traditional and modern retailers. In this age of digitalized era, consumers are quite conscious about the product or service they choose for the satisfaction of their wants. They are becoming health conscious and are inclining towards the purchase and utilization of green products which are environment friendly. The green product in context of article of consumption use natural ingredients and it has positive impact on the health of the consumers and least or no impact on the environment. Green products promote sustainable development and give mental satisfaction to the consumers that they are contributing in saving the environment. The study was conducted in 10 areas of the Lucknow city in Uttar Pradesh and a sample of 113 respondents was collected to identify their appreciation level in respect of purchase and utilization of green articles of consumption. The study also highlights the type of sellers preferred by the consumers for the purchase of green FMCG products which can assist the manufacturers of the green products to decide the best channel of distribution for their products.

Since affected parties are refugees and host countries, humanitarian and nongovernmental organizations play a large role in most host communities. Despite their nonprofit nature, NGOs have a huge need for resources NGOs to carry out their missions and achieve sustainability to serve as many refugees as possible. This study reflects the important role that marketing plays in NGOs in achieving the above goals and is a marginalized concept for most NGOs' managers and owners. Marketing also serves a social role in addition to sustainability for NGOs. Since these organizations have to attract capital, they also have to attract personnel. Key support of humanitarian organizations lies in voluntary work, donations and benevolent participation in charitable activities. To attract community awareness and involvement, these organizations should promote their causes. Social marketing, marketing concepts and strategies will do this. Despite the resource constraint, this research will elaborate and discuss the impact of marketing practices on NGOs at various levels and on different means and limitations of marketing in NGOs.

The study is done with four steel organizations which are the top steel organizations in Bombay Stock Exchange. The study focuses its attention just on three key areas of money related execution, specifically, liquidity, solvency and gainfulness.

Apart from traditional way of shopping, consumers are also preferring online shopping due to easy access to internet service, convenience in usage and variety of products availability. Keeping in mind the primary goal of offering goods and services to serve customers' needs & survive competition, e-retailers wants to analyse customer's behaviour, preferences and expectations regarding online shopping. The present study aims towards analysing consumer's behaviour towards online shopping. Sample is collected through a structured questionnaire from 154 respondents. Random sampling is used for sample identification having respondents belonging to different gender, age groups, income, professions. Data is analysed by using tables, graph, charts, percentage and ANOVA etc. The study will provide eretailers useful insight for developing marketing strategies regarding consumer's likings, disliking and preferences towards online shopping.
