Explore ,Dream & Discover - a Layout

Ola friends !
We are in full holiday mood this summer with a bank holiday weekend going on right now.
And when you read this i will be relaxing somewhere on a beach :)
Picture this !

so keeping this mood alive i made a LO
This time over at the PPS blog we are playing a stitching challenge and this it my inspiration post for the same. All you have to do is incorporate stitching in some form in your project and upload it to the PPS gallery.

That is my sweetheart on the page there.
We love to travel and the beach is our fav place to go :)

I created this LO with Prima seashore collection papers.
All the tiny tags and papers with the seahorse stamp and the resin embellishments are from Prima.
Do u see that teal and gold effect on the resin sea shell ? I really love how that turned out.
There is some major misting and stamping going on in the background which gives my LO a pop of color on the white. I used glossy accents to create those water droplets .
And that's my stitching element.

I am using this sketch for my page.
As soon as i saw this sketch , i knew i had to do it . I am still very new to scrapbooking and this must be my 5 or 6th layout so i love to do sketches , they offer so much direction.

Also i used this color pallet
i didn't want to go over board with the colors so i picked a few :)

This pallet also goes hand in hand with this mood board from scrap around the world
I love teal and the possibility of it going with the GOLD was just too exciting to let it pass!
so i used the two colors from the pictures and the stitching just goes with the spools and bobbins :)

So thats about it !
Thanks for tuning in this time :)
See you soon !

Anniversary card

Hello all !
I have a quick anniversary card to share
This fortnight we are playing
shaped cards or shaped projects inspired by your garden
over at the BGC blog

Loved doing this one !
as i was celebrating my own wedding anniversary :)
so i decided to do it for me and my husband.
 I kept it simple !
Taking inspiration from the blue and brown butterfly sitting on a green tree !

Love this sentiment stamp i picked up for just 1£ at hobby craft !
I used the sizzix die frames for the layering :)

They are stamped colored and fluffed up with some pie lane glitter balls as centers !
Love how they look !

Christmas card

Hey guys !
Welcome back to another post.
I have another tilda card to share :)
I am preparing for Christmas big time and its a lot of fun if u start early
so i get to mail them in time .
Here is what i made
:) This time i kept it simple !
I think this isnt the best of my coloring skills but i guess i was working under limited yellow light !
which is a bit annoying !
There is a tag that goes on the top where we can write our personal message !
My inspiration was this image from L&LC
I love how shabby and gorgeous it is !
The sentiment is just a font i found on word and i just printed it a few times . And its ready to use ! :)
The papers i have used are Prima - pixie glen collection.
This is my fav part of the card ! I made these orchids all by myself ! no dies.
Love how the fantage embossing enamel sits on it ... its gorgeous !
Hope u liked my card .
waiting to hear your thoughts !
