Folliculos stimulans hormon
Folliculos stimulans hormon, abbreviatura FSH, est hormon e duabus catenis, alpha (FSHA, OMIM: 118850) et beta (FSHB, OMIM: 136530), compositum. FSH de cellulis gonadotropicis lobi anterioris hypophysis secernitur. Et in viribus et in mulieribus hormonti FSH munera diversa sunt.
Physiologia FSH

[recensere | fontem recensere]Secretio hormontis folliculos stimulantis praecipue ab hypothalamo per hormon liberationis gonadotropinorum (GnRH), quod est decapeptidum, moderatur; secretio ipsa a cellulis gonadotropicis, quae in lobo anteriori hypophysis sitae sunt, fit[1]. Intra hypophysem, complexus proteinorum et activini (biosynthesis FSH ↑) et inhibini (biosynthesis FSH ↓), velut follistatinum in edita moderandis agunt[2]. Activinum genum promotorem Fshb subunitatis beta lectum incitat. Subunitas alpha, ut LH, genum alphaGSU requirit.
Cyclus menstrualis mulierum
