A robust organization has different levels of management and staff under them; upper level management ,Middle level management and the line management .An organization should incorporate other motivating factors alongside the money factor (better and timely pay). The management should recognize those employees who work extra hours or time, do exemplary work to motivate them. This will make them feel recognized and hence increase the productivity rate.
