An Incredible Vintage Miriam Haskell Choker Necklace in Fantastic Condition. Signed inside of clasp, this specific mark was used for two years 1947-1949 Brass hardware with five strands of Brilliant Pink Hand Worked Glass beads in multiple sizes with swirls and soft Satin Pate de Verre finish. The clasp is amazing, hand wired rhinestones & glass beads with layers of brass leaves and flowers. I believe the necklace is designed to be worn with the clasp shown, but it looks good either way…

With graduated sizes of beautiful solid glass dark blue beads in lily form, mounted on chains in a characteristic Hess for Haskell style, and with long dimensional brass leaves. Wonderful, early and rare Miriam Haskell suite composed of a lariat, clip earrings and bracelet. Signature Haskell faux pearls are paired with turquoise pate de verre beads with Russian gilt metal and pave rose montee spacers. The 4 strand lariat ends in turquoise-green jeweled turbo shell stations which form tassels of contrasting beads. The same motif is used on the clasp of the bracelet and earrings. Extraordinary Collector quality. 1940's USA. Excellent condition.
