Working on back flexibility is essential in my opinion, as it enables me to perform some advanced poses (handstand scorpio, hollowbacks, forearm stand backbends, etc). Here are my 4 favorite exercises for a flexible back!

1. LOCUST POSE
2. BOW POSE
3. KING COBRA POSE
4. LOW LUNGE BACKBEND

Do each exercise between 45 and 60 seconds, 3 to 4 sets (or until you feel your body open up and you’re more comfortable). I would recommend doing this routine 2 to 3 times a week. Be consistent and you will quickly see results 🤍
