How I recommend training to burn body fat. 
One of my favourite workouts to burn fat is a full body workout using lighter weights.
Here I'm using 1,5kg weights for each hand. 

Using even light weights, your body muscles must automatically work more actively. Resistance to movement caused by dumbbells will activate not only muscle work but also blood circulation, as a result of which you will burn more fat. Well, dumbbells will help maintain muscle tone.

Try and feel the effectiveness of this training. If you do it 3-4 times a week, you won't have to wait long for the results.
